Sausages in potatoes


Ingredients:

4 medium potatoes cooked in a uniform;
3 sausages;
2 eggs;
3-4 tablespoons of flour (and a little flour for breading);
1-2 cloves of garlic;
vegetable oil (for frying);
salt, black freshly ground pepper - to taste.

Preparation:

We cook potato dough for sausages. Peel potatoes, grate them. Add eggs, salt, pepper, mix thoroughly. Add flour, stir. Potato "dough" is ready. Prepare the sausages.
Using wet hands, take a little potato dough, spread it on the arm, put the sausage and distribute the potato dough so that it closes the sausage from all sides. To steal the received "stick" in a flour. Similarly, repeat for the rest of the "sticks". Vegetable oil warm up, add to it large-sliced ​​garlic and burn. Ensure that garlic is not burnt.
