Very simple and incredibly delicious recipe for ribs


Ingredients:

500 gr ribs
salt
ground chilli
ground garlic (powder)
tarragon
basil
ground smoked paprika (can easily be replaced with non-smoked)

For sauce:
half a cup of ketchup (118 ml)
a tablespoon of red vinegar
Tightly tamped tablespoon of brown sugar

Preparation:

1. Prepare the ribs, rinse, dry, remove the membrane and excess fat from the meat part
2. Mix in one container all seasonings and carefully rub into ribs so that they are all in spices
3. We curl it in a double layer of foil and very tightly close the seams so that the juice does not flow out. And forget in the oven for two hours (put the timer). Put in a preheated oven for 180 degrees
4.For fifteen minutes to two hours you need to cook a barbecue sauce. At once I will say, I have the wrong sauce (fast). Mix all the ingredients for the sauce
5. Two hours have passed. We take out the ribs from the oven and smear one side. Now you need to switch the oven to grill mode (by a small fire) and hold them under the grill for five minutes.
6.Remove and do the same with the other side.
7.Very delicious and very caloric with potatoes, baked in the oven. If there is a grill, then the ribs can be cooked on the grill. Cook them for two hours, on indirect fire, then also grease the sauce and bring to readiness.
