Plyantsok


Plyantsok is a confectionery product, something between a cake, a pie and a cake. As a rule, it is baked in a rectangular shape. Ingredients:

For the test:
oil drain. - 200 grams

sour cream - 150 mililiters
flour - 2 cups
baking powder -10 grams
cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons

cottage cheese - 300 grams
egg yolk - 1 piece
sugar - 3 tablespoons
croup of semolina - 2 tablespoons
coconut shavings - 80 grams
Vanillin - 1 gram

For cream:
sour cream - 300 liters
powdered sugar - 3 tablespoons

Preparation:

1. First you need to make coconut balls. In a cup, mix cottage cheese, sugar, vanillin, mango and egg yolk
2. Curd we divide into 4 parts. In each part, add 20 grams of multicolored coconut chips
3. Blind 4 balls of the same color and remove into the freezer for 30 minutes
4. Prepare the dough. Using a mixer, rub the soft butter with sugar. We drive 3 eggs and 1 protein. Then add sour cream. We pour the sifted flour with the baking powder.
5. The dough is divided into two parts: 1/3 and 2/3
6. In 1/3 of the test, add cocoa powder (necessarily sifted)
7. We bake the cake in the form 20 * 20, at temper. 180 * 25-30 minutes. On readiness we lay out on a lattice, we allow to cool down and cut into 2 parts
8. Next in the same form, lay out the white dough. We get the coconut balls from the freezer and put them in the dough. We bake for 35-40 minutes at temp. 180 *. On readiness we let the baking to cool well.
9. The cream is very simple. Sour cream with sugar powder is beaten up
10. We collect the dance. The first cake - chocolate, promazyvaem cream
11. Next we lay a white cake, again we smear with sour cream. The final chocolate cake, also top with cream. Crop the uneven edges. And decorate confectionery powder. Let's soak for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
