A CURRENT BREAKOUT WITHOUT BAKING WITH OREO LIVER.


You will need:

For the basis:
- 140 grams of chocolate halo cookies with chocolate filling,
- 30 grams of melted butter.

For cottage cheese stuffing:
- 400 grams of homemade cottage cheese,
- 200 grams of melted white chocolate,
- 150 grams of cream 33%,
- 2 pieces of finely chopped halo cookie,
- 1 tablespoon instant gelatin.
- Whipped cream and strawberries for decoration.

How to cook:

1. Cook the butter and butter in the blender until the mass becomes like wet sand. Tear it with the bottom of a split form or a confectionery ring. Put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

2. Gelatin soak in 4 tbsp cold boiled water for the time indicated on the package.
