Fabulously delicious cake with curd custard.


Ingredients:
for the test:
-100 grams of butter;
-2 tablespoons of sour cream;
-2/3 cups of sugar;
-1 egg;
-1 tablespoon of honey;
-0.5 teaspoon of soda;
-200 grams of flour.

for cream:
-1 egg;
-2/3 cups of sugar;
-2 tablespoons of flour;
-100 grams of butter;
-500 grams of fatty cottage cheese.

CREAM
Egg rub with sugar, mixed with flour. Razirayem with softened butter.
Cottage cheese several times we pass through a meat grinder (we wipe through a sieve or we resort, as I, to the help of the food processor).
Mix both masses and set to cook - at first the cream will be liquid, but gradually thickens. Do not forget to stir constantly - the taste of burnt in the cream for some reason is felt especially strongly.
DOUGH
We mix a thin dough - we combine all the ingredients together.
Visually divide the dough into several equal parts, distribute it in the form, bake one cake - 180 degrees, about 15 minutes.
Lubricate warm cakes with a warm cream and leave for a couple of hours at room temperature, then the cake should be rearranged to the refrigerator.
