Pie with canned pineapple

Ingredients:

- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Butter - 100 grams
- Drinking yoghurt - 125 mililiters
- Flour - 4 tablespoons
- Baking powder - 1.5 teaspoons
- Lemon peel - 1 piece
- Butter (for caramel) - 50 grams
- Sugar (for caramel) - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice (for caramel) - 1 tablespoon
- Canned pineapple rings - to taste

Preparation:

1. Eggs beat up with sugar, add a soft oil, whisk again one more time to break the lumps of butter. Then add yogurt and lemon zest. Add the flour mixed with the baking powder and knead the dough.
2. The next step is to prepare caramel. To do this, heat the butter, sugar and lemon juice in the saucepan. The oil will melt, sugar will redden, you need to warm up until the mass gets uniformity and caramel color.
3. Pour the caramel to the bottom of the mold, lubricate the wall of the mold with oil. Put in it slices of pineapple.
4. On top of this, pour the dough and send it to the oven, preheated to 180 ° C, for about 20 minutes. Willingness to check with a wooden stick. Remove the prepared pie from the oven and leave it for a couple of minutes, so that everything that boils and bubbles inside the form stops its violent activity. It is not necessary to leave it for longer, so that the cooling caramel does not freeze firmly. Cover and turn over.
