Energy bars with dried apricots and cashews


Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
cashew 1/2 cups
coconut chips 1 glass
coconut oil (melted) 2 tablespoon
dried apricots 1 glass
oat flakes 1/3 cup
agave syrup 2 tablespoons
1/4 teaspoon salt
pumpkin seeds 3 tablespoons

Preparation:
Everyone knows how useful energy bars are. But not everyone knows that they can be cooked at home. But it's very simple! Grind in a blender or cut into cashew and put into a separate plate.
Then chop the dried apricots in a blender and add to it oat flakes, coconut shavings (or coconut pulp), pumpkin seeds, agave syrup, ginger and salt, and grind everything well.
In the process, add melted coconut oil.
The mixture should look something like this.
Then add the cashews and mix in a blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Then lather with a parchment paper a baking sheet or other utensils of a rectangular shape and place the "dough" there.
Thoroughly induce to "dough" took the form of dishes, and put in the freezer for 1 hour.
Then take it out of the freezer and cut it.
