CREATIVE PIE WITH PANORAMICS
Ingredients:

- 2 cups of flour
- 100 grams of butter
- 1 egg
- 200 grams of cottage cheese
- 0.5 cups of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of sour cream
- 1 teaspoon of soda / 1 tablespoon of vinegar
For cream:
- 200 grams of cottage cheese
- 0.5 cups of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
For filling:
- 1 can of pineapple (slices)
Preparation:
First beat the sour cream with egg, sugar and softened butter. In the combine or mixer, this can be done immediately, and manually it is better to add the ingredients in stages, first an egg with sugar and sour cream, and then add the oil.
Soda is quenched with vinegar and immediately mixed in a whipped mass.
The flour is better to knead by hand, the technique has the feature of greatly crushing the particles, so the dough is too liquid, you have to add flour, which is undesirable. With manual kneading the dough turns out soft, but not steep. The dough is put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
While the dough is cooling, we will take care of the curd cream (filling): all the ingredients for the cream are whipped until smooth and homogeneous. You can also put the cream in the refrigerator.
We take the dough from the refrigerator. Dipping her hands into flour, kneading the dough into shape, molding the sides.
Pieces of pineapple detach from the liquid and scatter on the bottom of the mold on the dough.
Fill the pineapples with curd cream and put the cake to bake, the temperature is standard - 180 degrees. It is baked taking into account the oven features 40-50 minutes, it is permissible that in the center the curd mass slightly shakes, and closer to the edge - more dense.
Let's cool the cake in the form. It is better to hold it in general for 4 hours in the refrigerator, but you can try and immediately after cooling down.
The cake turns out very tasty, the dough is delicate, fragile, and the creamy middle with pieces of pineapple is generally a complete pleasure.
