Chicken cutlets with cheese


Ingredients:

Chicken breast - 500 grams
Baton - 200 grams
Milk (warm) - 1/2 cup
Butter - 6 tablespoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
A pinch of pepper
Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 1 tooth
Sunflower oil - 1 tablespoon
Cheese - 100 grams

Preparation:

Pour the baton with warm milk. Chicken finely chopped. Pass a chicken, a soaked loaf and garlic through a meat grinder. Salt, pepper and mix stuffing.

To stitch small cutlets and in the middle place a small rectangle of cheese. Close, so that cheese does not leak out.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs. Melt the butter and fry the cutlets on both sides (3 minutes each). Transfer the cutlets into a heat-resistant dish and send them to the oven for 15 minutes.
