Cake with condensed milk "Sweet fantasy"

Ingredients:

for the test:
- Butter 200 grams
- sour cream 200 grams
- sugar 2 cups
- eggs 2 pieces
- flour
- soda 1 teaspoon

for cream:
- boiled condensed milk 500 grams
- Butter 100 grams
- nuts fried (I took peanuts) 70-100 grams
- chocolate black 30 grams

Preparation:

Pre-empt the butter in advance to make it soft.
Beat eggs, add sugar and shake again. Sugar should dissolve. Combine the egg-sugar mixture with sour cream and butter.
Add flour, soda and replace the dough.
Put it on the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Then divide the dough into 3 parts and thinly roll out in the form of a rectangle. Particularly to keep the shape is not worth it, because then you need to cut the cakes, and the cuttings will be needed for decoration.

Put each layer on a baking tray and pierce it in different places with a fork.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 ° C.
Ready cakes cool a little, put them on top of each other and cut off the edges to make even rectangles.
Cut the scraps in the oven for 10 minutes, so that they dry thoroughly and get a rich color, and then grind. I used a rolling pin for this.

Now you can do cream.
Melt the chocolate. For this, I put it in a small deep dish for a couple of minutes in a microwave oven.
Cook the boiled condensed milk with butter and melted chocolate and mix thoroughly.
Peanut peel, grind with a rolling pin, add to the cream and mix.
Grease each cake with cream.
At the last cork cover the top and edges.
Sprinkle the top with crumbs and grated chocolate.
Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours, so that the cake is thoroughly soaked.
