Cake for dessert - fast and tasty!


Ingredients:

- 0,5 l of sour cream
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 sachet of gelatin (25 g)
- 0.5 glasses of cold water
- 300 g of biscuit
- Strawberry
- kiwi

Preparation:

Biscuit can be bought ready or bake yourself.
To begin with, we fill the gelatin with water and leave it for swelling. While we are engaged in preparing the remaining components, it will just swell.
Fruits washed, cleaned and cut.
Biscuit cut into small pieces.
Sour cream mixed with sugar and vzobem mixer.
Swellable gelatin is heated in a water bath without boiling. And pour into sour cream, stir. Deep dishes with a foil.
At the bottom pour a few berries.
Place pieces of biscuit on top.
Pour cream.
And then lay layers.
We'll cover the top with film and send it to the fridge. Three hours later the cake is ready.
