Garlic Buns
Ingredients:*Dough:
- Milk - 250 ml
- Flour - 400 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Yeast dry - 1 tsp.
* For lubrication:
- Yolk - 1 pc.
*Filling:
- Butter - 50 g
- Garlic - 7 denticles
- Greenery crushed - 2 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation:
Knead all the ingredients for the dough. The resulting dough to cover wit
h a towel and leave in a warm place, it should increase by 2 times. Divide the finished dough into 16 parts, about 50 grams. Cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes or more to allow the dough to rise slightly.
Place the softened butter, garlic and greens in the blender bowl and grind everything. You can grind the garlic on a grater and mix all the ingredients manually.
In the center of each bun, make an incision with a sharp knife blade or culinary scissors, fill the groove with a filling, about half a teaspoon. This can also be done with a confectionery bag. Lubricate the buns with whipped egg yolk.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Buns can be served with broth, borsch or tea.
