A roll of lavash with crab sticks is a holiday for every day!

Thanks to the cook who invented the lavash, now we can easily create a bright and juicy snack in just 20 minutes!

It will be deliciously delicious and tender, because in it will be present those products that perfectly resonate with each other. Do not believe me ?! And let's prepare it together and you will be convinced not only in the speed of preparation, but also in the economics of such a recipe.

You will need 8 servings:

- 400 grams of crab sticks;
- 4 chicken eggs;
- 4 cucumbers;
- 100 grams of hard cheese;
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- 3 sheets of lavash;
- 0.5 teaspoon of salt.

Itself does not make sense to bake pita bread, unless you are an excellent culinary expert, who is well versed in baking, since only a kitchen technique is able to thin the layer of dough so thin. That's why use the store option and purchase 3 sheets of lavash, since they are all wrapped in one package.

Pre-thaw the crab sticks in warm water. Thus, they absorb moisture and will not dry on taste. Chicken eggs boil for 10-12 minutes until a steep condition.

Rinse fresh cucumbers and remove the tails. Rub on a large grater in a container.

Immediately pour in a few pinch of salt and mix. Salt will promote the release of liquid from cucumbers, which you will need to drain in 10 minutes. Otherwise, the cucumbers will separate the liquid, already rolled into a roll, and the dough will soften from it.

Crab sticks cut into circles. You can also grate, but this requires patience.

On a large grater, grate hard cheese.

And then boiled eggs. If you cook a roll of domestic eggs, the boiled yolks will give it a more intense color.

Open the package with pita bread and start laying out the prepared products, having previously coated the top lavash with mayonnaise. Its taste you are free to choose yourself. For mayonnaise, place the slices of crab sticks, distributing them all over the pita bread sheet.

Then put the grated cucumber and eggs.

Follow them immediately, sprinkle the whole layer with grated cheese.

Roll all the sheets of lavash rolls. Do not try to collapse just one sheet, as it will not hold the shape, but will tear. Fold the three sheets together at once.

Cut the cooked roll first in the middle into two pieces, and then into portions. His view from the inside is simply stunningly colorful, and the taste is juicy and gentle! Serve with greens. Pleasant!
